	The Leaves are changing!! It is getting cooler. YEP!!! It is deer hunting time folks! Log Creek should have some slammers this year. Stay tuned for some awesome deer pix! 	*KENTUCKY PECAN PIES* *(Makes two pies)* *6 Eggs* *2 cups of sugar* *1/2 cup of melted butter* *1 cup of light Kayro corn syrup* *Mix above well. 2 pie crust in pie pans put whole pecans on the bottom of the crust then add the above mixture. Pecans will rise to the top. Bake 1 hour on 325.*

		*ROBERT REDFORD (layered dessert)* Mix Together: 1 cup of flour 1 stick of melted margarine 1 cup of chopped pecans Press in the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass baking dish and bake for 15 minutes on 350. Remove from oven and it MUST COOL COMPLETELY!! Mix together: 1/2 Large Cool Whip (other 1/2 will be used on top) 1 cup of sugar 1 - 8 oz bar of cream cheese Spread this on cooled crust Mix together: 1 large package of instant vanilla pudding 1 large package of instant chocolate pudding 3 cups of milk Beat until stiff and add to previous layer. Spread rest of Cool Whip on the top and sprinkle with nuts. Serve chilled - Best if made the day before.
