The Leaves are changing!! It is getting cooler. YEP!!!               It is deer hunting time folks! Log Creek should have some slammers this year. Carrie’s Spicy Meatloaf

1-1/2 ~ Pounds of ground beef, ground venison or ground elk

3 ~ Slices of bread  (Torn into small pieces)

1 ~ Egg

1 ~ Can (10oz) Rotel tomatoes

1 ~ small onion

2 ~ Teaspoons Chili Powder

1/3 Cup ~ Chili Sauce

Combine: First six ingredients, Spread into an non greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour, drain drippings, spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf, bake an additional 15 minutes.
